Biography

Kelly Kilpatrick has served as Chief Commercial Officer of Belite Bio since January 2026. She brings nearly three decades of commercial leadership experience across the biopharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in commercial strategy and product launches, including experience in ophthalmology and rare disease. Prior to joining Belite Bio, Ms. Kilpatrick was Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Commercial – Ocular Gene Therapy at Spark Therapeutics (a Roche company), where she led the U.S. ocular commercial organization. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and GSK spanning commercial, sales, and market access. Ms. Kilpatrick received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology.
